Linda Eustice Berg is a music educator specializing in working with children’s voices. Holding a Bachelor of Music Education Degree and a Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, she is a respected clinician and adjudicator, traveling frequently to adjudicate festivals and competitions and to present children's chorus clinics. She is the founder and director of the Opera Idaho Children's Chorus Program, now in its eighteenth year. After 20 years of teaching in the Meridian School District, Mrs. Berg now teaches elementary music in the Boise school district at Whittier and Owyhee Harbor Elementary Schools. She also directs the All City Elementary Honor Choir, which is sponsored by the Boise School District. She recently concluded her third term as Repertoire and Standards Chair for Children's Choirs for the Northwest American Choral Director's Association. She has also served as Music Director for various Boise Music Week productions. Linda is the wife of Dr. Lynn Berg, professor of music at Boise State University and the mother of two grown children, Lynn Robert Berg, who with his wife Laura, are actors living and working in Chicago, and Laura Feo Fernandez, who with her husband Alexis, and their beautiful, 2 year old son, Javier, live in Memphis, Tennessee, where they are ALMOST finished with their doctoral programs at the University of Memphis – Laura in Viola Performance and Alexis in Piano Performance. In March of 2010, Linda was named Idaho Music Educator of the Year by the Idaho Music Educator’s Association.
