Registration deadlines:

  • Register by June 1 to guarantee attendance, meals, transportation, program book and convention tote.
  • Register by June 24 to guarantee attendance, meals, and transportation. A program book and convention tote are not guaranteed.
  • Register by June 27 to guarantee attendance, and meal choices. A program book and convention tote are not guaranteed. Transportation package will no longer be available.
  • On-site registration will be available, however, meals and transportation package will not be included. A program book and convention tote are not guaranteed.
  • No adjustment to the registration fee will be made for registrations made after June 1.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: A refund of fees paid less a $75 processing fee will be made upon written request, postmarked no later than June 1, 2011. No refunds will be offered after June 1.

Sunday, July 3: 1:00-6:00 p.m. and 9:00-11:00 p.m.
Monday, July 4: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, July 5: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Wednesday, July 6: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Concerts Open to the General Public

Individual tickets for the Richard Elliott concert and the Silent Movie are available on the Select-A-Seat website.

Tickets for the daytime concerts for the general public can be purchased here.
